The marcos Story — Born From a Love of Real Food
Marcos started with a single, unwavering belief: that marco's pizza done right can bring people together. What began as a family recipe in a tiny Buffalo kitchen has grown into one of United States's most loved destinations for fresh, handcrafted food.
Our founder Marco Deluca opened the first Marcos location on Niagara Street in 2013 with nothing more than family recipes, a wood-fired oven and a fierce commitment to quality. Word spread quickly through the neighborhood — the marcos experience was unlike anything Buffalo had tasted before.
Today we still use the same traditional doughs, house-made sauces and locally sourced toppings that made us famous. Every pie that leaves our kitchen carries the same care as that very first one Marco pulled from the oven over a decade ago.
